1.- What is Pick2shop?

Pick2Shop Online S.A.C; is a Peruvian company dedicated to International purchases by order made from anywhere in the world.

2.- How it Works?

Our customers send us the request of their product needs with as much detail as possible.

Once payment has been verified, we place the order and we continue with the follow up until we have a confirmation receipt in our freight forwarder in Miami.

Once we have the product, the courier sends it to Lima in the first available flight. Once the product arrives at Lima, the courier automatically begins the process to clear the merchandise from customs and pays any applicable taxes.

Finally; we deliver the product at the door of the client.

3.- How long does it take?

Usually; it takes  an average of 10 business days, but it may vary depending where the provider is located, the type of shipping, season, holidays of the countries or product complexity; however, Pick2Shop Online S.A.C will always try to deliver the shipment within the shortest time.

4.- What is the difference between Pick2shop and other operators?

Pick2Shop Online S.A.C is a 100% Peruvian company; located in Lima, Peru, which allows us to maintain lower costs, therefore charging a lower commission to our customers.

Pick2Shop Online S.A.C does not charge any membership fee.

Since the order is placed by ourselves, our expertise allows our customers to obtain better prices and a safe shopping experience, guaranteed. All this is done mainly because we are the ones that pay the provider for the product.

5.- How much is the cost of our service?

For USA:  15% of the product value, plus taxes (IGV 18%).

For the rest of the world: 20% of the product value plus taxes (IGV 18%).

Minimum commission is $100 dollars; (freight, custom and taxes not included)

7.- What kind of products can I purchase?

Our specialty is the purchase of equipment, motors, parts, accessories, machines, electronics, etc. However, we can purchase all sorts of permitted products once we receive all specifications of the product the customer needs.

8.- How is the weight calculated for the airfreight?

In shipping by air, the weight and volume are very important, therefore, the airlines use the effective weight as base to calculate the freight cost.

9.- Do you have any type of hidden charge?

No; Pick2Shop Online S.A.C only charges a commission of 15% of the product value, plus taxes (IGV 18%)

10.- Can I cancel an order?

We only accept a cancel order if the order has not been placed yet by Pick2shop Online S.A.C. Once the order has been placed, we will not accept any cancel order and all costs must be paid by the customer.

11.- Can I place an order if I do not have the exact specifications of the product I need?

Unfortunately no, because we need the exact specifications of the product in order to search for the product, compare prices and place the order.

12.- What happens if you bring a wrong product?

If we bring a wrong product by error; we will assume all return and exchange expenses, but if the mistake has been caused by client, he/she will assume all expenses.

13.- What happens if the product has any warranty problem?

Actually; many products have worldwide warranties; if so, you can file your claim here in Perú, otherwise, we will assist you in returning  the product to the provider; however, the client will assume those expenses.

14.- Where do we buy?

Purchases are typically made in the USA; however, we can purchase from any other country in the world, depending on the availability of the product, safety, quality, price and shipping costs.

15.- Which items are the not allowed or are considered restricted articles?

Not allowed merchandise includes illegal drugs,  drugs without prescription, and others.

Also;  there are restricted merchandise. This types of merchandise will be sent to Peru only if client has the correct permit or certificate.

  • O.D. shipments.
  • Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
  • Explosives
  • Firearms, weaponry, and their parts.
  • Perishable foodstuffs and foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control.
  • Live animals (including insects)
  • Plants and plant material, including cut flowers
  • Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by local, state, provincial or national law.
  • Money (coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and cash letters).
  • Collectible coins and stamps.
  • Pornographic and/or obscene material.
  • Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
  • Shipments that may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
  • Shipments that require us to obtain any special license or permit for transportation, importation or exportation.
  • Shipments whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
  • Shipments with a declared value for customs in excess of that permitted for a specific destination.
  • Dangerous goods except as permitted under the Dangerous Goods section of these terms and conditions.
  • Processed or unprocessed dead animals, including insects and pets.
  • Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odor of any kind.
  • Wildlife products that require U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service export clearance prior to exportation from the U.S.
